What you will do
Are you driven by data and commercial impact? Then you might be our next Commercial Analyst
You will play a key role in the Sales team shaping winning customer offers. Turning data into sharp insights, structured analysis, and well-organized documentation.
You’ll help build the backbone of our sales operations, creating solid cost calculations, business cases, and clear commercial materials. Over time, you’ll shape a smarter, more scalable way to handle RFQs and customer requests using latest technology.
On top of that, you’ll support with market and business insights and help the team stay ahead of trends and opportunities. The role acts as a key link between Business Development, Sales, Strategy office and Marketing
Tasks will include
Prepare and develop cost calculations, pricing models, and business cases
Analyze RFQ documentation and extract key commercial and technical requirements
Support the creation of customer offers, bringing together commercial and legal input
Structure and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and quality in bid-submissions
Support development of pricing strategies and commercial frameworks
Collect, analyze, and synthesize large amounts of data into clear insights and recommendations
Contribute to building analytical tools, templates, and processes for efficient sales management
Support sales team in customer interactions when needed
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Develop market intelligence materials and insight packages to support proactive sales work
Travels from time to time
We are looking for
Someone that enjoys working with data, numbers, and financial models, and has a strong analytical mindset. You have experience with cost calculations, business cases, or similar types of analytical work. You’re someone who’s interested in market intelligence and analysis, and curious about how pricing, contracts, and business strategy come together.
As our Commercial Analyst, you have the ability to bring structure to complexity, translating data into clear insights with accuracy and a high-quality mindset. You will naturally collaborate well with others, bringing a proactive and flexible mindset and strong communication skills when working with multiple stakeholders.
To be a good fit for the role, you’re able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.
We assume you have a university degree in engineering, economics, or business, and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Our Office;
The InfiMotion office is conveniently located within the Uni3 campus at Pumpgatan 1, on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The office is easily accessible by car, bus, or the newly introduced ferry service.
For those driving, there are parking facilities available around Lindholmen. Please note that ongoing extensive roadworks are in progress to enhance future tram connections which may cause delays and inconvenience.
If you prefer public transport, simply get off at Pumpgatan or Regnbågsgatan when taking the bus. Alternatively, for ferry commuters, you'll get off at the Lundbystrand ferry terminal.
