What You’ll Do: 
As a  Senior Project Manager at InfiMotion Technology, you will be responsibility for overseeing the delivery of project content for specific vehicle applications, Advanced Engineering projects, and sales campaigns. Your role will involve ensuring that sales and program activities are closely aligned with customer requirements in terms of quality, timing, and cost. You will lead customer projects, take the lead in coordinating project work across engineering teams located in both Sweden and China. Moreover, you will be responsible for effectively managing decision points and mitigating risks to ensure that project objectives are successfully achieved.

Tasks will include: 

• Carry out and execute projects for our customers mainly found within the automotive industry

• Ensure InfiMotion projects are managed successfully against the targets of timing, quality and cost

• Project execution and drive technical discussions with InfiMotion commercial and sales teams

• Coordinate and lead internal expertise in RFI and RFQ responses

• Manage global projects between China and Europe teams
  

We are looking for:

To succeed in the role you have Project Management experience preferable within Electrical drive systems and are used to work within the European automotive culture. We believe that you have a strong background in technical sales support and if you have intercultural experience from Asia and China it is highly valued.

You are a project manager who doesn´t just manage timelines, you motivate and inspire people using your excellent leadership skills.

As a person you communicative and can clearly communicate vision, align diverse stakeholders, and negotiate solutions that keep projects moving forward.

You are fluent in English both orally and written and have an University degree within a technical field or equivalent working experience.

Our Office;
The InfiMotion office is conveniently located within the Uni3 campus at Pumpgatan 1, on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The office is easily accessible by car, bus, or the newly introduced ferry service.

For those driving, there are parking facilities available around Lindholmen. Please note that ongoing extensive roadworks are in progress to enhance future tram connections which may cause delays and inconvenience.

If you prefer public transport, simply get off at Pumpgatan or Regnbågsgatan when taking the bus. Alternatively, for ferry commuters, you'll get off at the Lundbystrand ferry terminal.
