What You’ll Do:
You will support sales and business development activities for our electric drive units and components towards a global market and customer base. The role covers the commercial scope – from opening doors and initiating dialogues, to building trust-based relationships and long-term business.
You will operate in a fast-growing startup environment with evolving multinational structures, where timing, judgement and persistence are critical. Success in this role requires both strategic awareness and a hands-on approach to developing our business in a complex and competitive market.

Tasks will include:
Drive proactive sales and business development activities within the automotive sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 existing and new customers
Identify, qualify and manage leads and opportunities from first contact to contract
Lead, coordinate and execute on RFIs and RFQs, acting as commercial lead internally and towards customers
Manage complex sales processes and commercial negotiations
Work closely in a cross-functional team with key interfaces to Project management, engineering, and other functions in Sweden and China
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction
Contribute to the company’s growth by taking initiatives by proposing improvements for processes, structures and ways of working
Naturally assume opportunity leadership when needed, beyond formal responsibilities

We are looking for
To succeed in the role you are commercially driven with experience from electric drive units, e-axle development, electric powertrains or other technically complex applications. We believe that you have solid experience in sales and/or business development within the automotive industry and a university degree within Business or Engineering.
You are a true commercial and strategic thinker, along with the ability to drive products and related business in a fast-changing market. Working with tight deadlines and long sales cycles, is essential and something that triggers you.
As a person you are comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize and used to practice self-leadership on a daily basis.
You have strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset. To be successful in the role you are communication expert and you ensures alignment and understanding across all stakeholders, both orally and written. We take it for granted that you are fluent in English. We take it for granted that you confidentially communicate across cultures and organizational levels.

Our Office;
The InfiMotion office is conveniently located within the Uni3 campus at Pumpgatan 1, on Lindholmen in Gothenburg. The office is easily accessible by car, bus, tram or ferry service from the city center.
For those driving, there are parking facilities available around Lindholmen.
If you prefer public transport, simply get off at Pumpgatan or Regnbågsgatan when taking the bus or tram. Alternatively, for ferry commuters, you'll get off at the Lundbystrand ferry terminal.
